Are Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes kosher?
All Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes and pies are Kosher, except for those made with Pink Bubble Gum and Rocky Road.

I have a specific allergy and need some guidance as to what Baskin-Robbins products I am able to consume. Where can I find this information?
If you have an allergy to ingredients like milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts or wheat, you can find helpful lists of Baskin-Robbins products that do not contain these ingredients in our Nutrition Section section. Some modifications may adjust final price of your order. Any additional charges will be due at time of pick up.

What if I need to change my pick-up date or time?

How do I know if my order was placed correctly?
Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your junk email folder and add noreply@olo.com to your address book. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact your store directly. What forms of payment are acceptable for my online order?
Baskin-Robbins accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for online orders. Store gift cards are not acceptable forms of payment at this time.

When will my Baskin-Robbins cake be ready for pick up?
Baskin-Robbins requires that you place online orders 24-48 hours advance. Please note your local store pick-up times when you order. If you need your ice cream cake sooner, please call your store directly. We also have an exciting variety of cakes to choose from in-store. We look forward to making your celebration fun and special!
